About Liz

Liz Hall, MA, is a former equestrian and the Founder of Athlete Reset Lab. She earned her master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology and is pursuing doctoral studies in Organizational Learning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

For more than 10 years, Liz has been a passionate educator, facilitating over 50 workshops on mental health, resilience, and transition readiness. Her work is grounded in the belief that well-being, purpose, and identity are essential to thriving—not only during an athletic career, but long after it ends.

This work is deeply personal. After losing a close friend who struggled following his retirement from Major League Baseball, Liz saw firsthand the challenges athletes can face when they leave the game. That experience ignited her mission to ensure athletes have the support, tools, and community they need to navigate life beyond sport with confidence and purpose.

Through Athlete Reset Lab, Liz is committed to helping athletes redefine success, strengthen their mental well-being, and build fulfilling lives beyond competition.
